Job Summary

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our online community. Your primary duties will include:

• Monitoring and moderating user-generated content on our Discord server to ensure compliance with our community guidelines
• Deleting messages that violate our rules and regulations
• Banning users who repeatedly disregard our community standards
• Muting users who have violated our rules
• Investigating reports from users regarding potential rule violations
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies

Key Responsibilities

* Moderate user-generated content on our Discord server to maintain a positive and respectful environment

• Enforce community guidelines and rules, taking necessary actions to address rule violations
• Investigate reports from users and take prompt action to resolve issues
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community management strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and support to users
• Stay up-to-date with community trends and best practices to ensure our community remains engaging and inclusive

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
