Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. You'll be responsible for carrying out regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments, as well as identifying and resolving discrepancies between arenaflex and our external partners. Your expertise will be essential in processing exchange deal purchases, Corporate Action Events, and other critical tasks that impact our clients' accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Process exchange deal purchases in client profiles and identify/resolving discrepancies between arenaflex and external partners

• Perform reconciliation of move tasks, reward tasks, and other critical activities
• Process Corporate Action Events and other tasks that impact client accounts
• Conduct research and analysis of complex/escalated issues and provide solutions
• Test and validate new technology enhancements and provider improvements
• Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce
• Represent arenaflex in our daily relationships with external partners, including fund providers, move brokers, converse agencies, and other external company companions

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other software applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in investment, dividends, transfers, and Corporate Action Events

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, particularly in Excel
• Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
