Key Responsibilities:

  • As the first point of contact in our call center, you'll answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • You'll respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Support service providers with questions or issues regarding work orders and policy questions, fostering a collaborative environment.
