Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone to guests and travel agent partners
  • Answering questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
  • Helping customers with booking and travel-related issues
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
