Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our online chat platform, engaging with customers, answering their questions, and encouraging them to place orders. You'll have the autonomy to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system. Each lead you generate will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls, ensuring that every customer receives the attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software

  • Engage with customers via chat, responding to their inquiries and concerns
  • Encourage customers to place orders and close sales directly on the chat
  • Send invoices using our company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Collaborate with mentors and peers in our Q&A group to achieve sales goals

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing role
