Job Summary

As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains a safe and enjoyable space for all users. This will involve monitoring chat activity, enforcing community guidelines, and resolving conflicts in a fair and respectful manner. Key Responsibilities

* Monitor chat activity on our official Discord server and enforce community guidelines to maintain a positive and respectful environment

• Delete messages that violate community guidelines, including but not limited to:

+ Hate speech or harassment + Spam or self-promotion + Inflammatory or divisive content

• Ban users who repeatedly violate community guidelines, following a fair and transparent process
• Mute users who have violated community guidelines, to prevent further disruption
• Investigate reports made by users about violations of community guidelines, and take appropriate action
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve conflicts and improve community engagement
• Provide excellent customer service and support to users, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in community management or conflict resolution

• Knowledge of online safety and security best practices
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Ability to speak multiple languages
