Key Responsibilities
As a remote work from home data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to basic inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain customer call data, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles.
- Management Support: Assist with profile page creation and updating, filing, information access, and document production.
- Issue Resolution: Create and update customer service issue tickets, and support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage the business's lobby area, greet and direct visitors, and perform general office roles such as submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job.
- Supply Management: Responsible for checking out supply products.
Essential Qualifications
