Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Manufacturing Team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems for our data center equipment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential manufacturing bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and systems for data center equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential manufacturing bottlenecks
- Analyze and interpret complex production data to drive informed manufacturing strategies
- Develop and implement solutions to improve execution and efficiency across the supply chain
- Lead the assessment, capability, and key development of contract manufacturers with a focus on future capabilities and growth
- Use Product Information Management (PIM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Design Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O)
- Lead the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to align design and BOM structures
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 4-year certification in Electrical Designing, Cycle Designing, Assembling Designing, or similar relevant experience
- 10 years of experience as an Assembling, Quality, Reliability, or Product Designer
- 6 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- 5 years of experience in the design and execution of civil high-voltage applications in data center development
Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate degree in Science or a related field
- Experience directing yield improvements and process duration reductions for high-volume and high-complexity parts
- Experience with LEAN Manufacturing/5S/8D practices
- Experience in charging data centers
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
Skills and Competencies
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) frameworks and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Strong understanding of data center equipment design and development
