Key Responsibilities
As a Telechat / Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. Your main role will be to ensure that our customers have a positive and seamless experience while interacting with our brand. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and responding to incoming chat messages in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies
- Effectively promoting and upselling products to increase sales
- Assisting customers with placing orders and tracking shipments

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
