Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist with a focus on Call Support, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer interaction data. You'll work closely with our customer service team to support seamless customer experiences and efficient problem resolution. This is a full-time, remote position within the USA, with flexible work hours and some weekend and evening shifts required.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of data entry tasks related to customer interactions with precision and accuracy

  • Work closely with the customer service team to support seamless customer experiences and efficient problem resolution
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all entered information
  • Collaborate with the data entry team to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex services and products to provide informed support to customers
  • Utilize CRM systems and databases to manage customer interactions and data
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to stay up-to-date on arenaflex services and products

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 60 wpm)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of data entry with precision
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, or communications)
