Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and developing strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues

- Understanding internal and external proprietary software and troubleshooting common issues with customers

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Reside in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pass a background check
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
- Proactive and able to prioritize work
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide superior customer service
