Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues remotely. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner

• Process orders, respond to customer requests, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information, process transactions, and resolve issues
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction

Requirements

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• High-speed internet connection (internet speed test required)
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple windows and screens
• Quiet workspace with minimal distractions
• Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Availability to come into the local arenaflex branch to pick up equipment provided for the assignment
