Join our Remote Team

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our fully remote team. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
  • Working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings
  • Analyzing customer emails and providing thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
  • Handling incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
  • Tracking multiple issues at the same time
  • Troubleshooting software malfunctions
  • Working efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Must be a resident of Arizona
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
