Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our clients
• Digitalizing claims in a form provided by the company
• Imputing all details of the claim with high accuracy while meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by the company
• Image Classification
• Performs Indexing
• General data entry
• Review and confirm all data captured is correct before submitting/completing the document
• Utilizing various systems to work on different tasks
• Works within established procedures and practices
• Works with a close degree of supervision

Key Requirements

* 1 year of experience in data entry

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent typing skills (at least 40+ WPM)
• 10-key touch proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy rates
• Maintain or exceed 4,000 ksph for numeric, and 2,500 ksph alpha/numeric with less than 1% error rate
• Basic knowledge of medical claims forms (not indispensable)
• Experience working through VPN connection
• Basic computer knowledge, internet usage, and Microsoft applications

Compensation and Benefits
