Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of clerical duties, including data entry, scheduling, and communication management. Key Responsibilities

As an Online Data Entry Assistant with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Scheduling and Synchronization: Schedule appointments and meetings, and synchronize calendars to ensure that all team members are aware of upcoming events.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain our team's calendars, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled and confirmed.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to the home office, including data entry, research, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Expense Management: Manage and process expenses, including receipts and invoices.
  • Company Tasks: Perform various company tasks, including data entry, research, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Communication Management: Handle all inbound and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
