Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers through online chat and messaging platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance in real-time.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
• Assisting customers in navigating our products or services, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues with empathy and patience.
