Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. You'll be an independent worker, able to manage your tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision, and a team player who's always willing to lend a hand.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a kind and helpful manner

  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely handling of listings and support tickets
  • Manage your tasks and responsibilities independently, with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our company, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Essential Qualifications
