  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters
  • Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this part-time remote opportunity, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory; however, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for the role
