Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- PC keyboarding and internet experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
- An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Ability to compose professional emails (a plus)
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
- An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality

- Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $35.00 - $50.00/hour.
