Responsibilities
As an Airline Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional service and creating a positive experience for our clients and their passengers.
- Staying up-to-date with airline industry developments and providing expert knowledge to our clients.
- Working in a dynamic remote environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our clients and our team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) to communicate effectively with our clients and their passengers.
- Experience with Amadeus, a leading provider of airline industry solutions.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our clients and their passengers.
- Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation.
- Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.
- Ensure you have at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for laptop, with 2nd screen and internet connectivity, when load shedding happens.
