Work Synopsis

Our Data Analysis team is a critical component of the DTC business, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth. We utilize a range of tools and techniques, including data visualization, statistical modeling, and machine learning, to help our business stakeholders make informed, data-driven choices. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Operations, to provide high-quality, actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them

• Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of data-driven insights, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to timely and relevant information
• Perform in-depth pattern analysis, assessing the contributions of various drivers from multiple perspectives
• Define and investigate target audience segments to drive business growth
• Work with other Data Analysis teams to integrate data from multiple sources, combining insights into a cohesive, meaningful story
• Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improve processes

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
• Ability to work with large datasets, interpreting data patterns, and utilizing multiple data sources and tools
• Experience with data visualization tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights in a clear, concise manner

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services

• Experience working with Marketing teams or in the Marketing industry
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including but not limited to MVT and A/B testing
