Key Responsibilities

As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our Internal Body Shop and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling maintenance and ensuring timely completion of repairs
• Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to resolve any issues or concerns
• Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management
• Coordinating with customers to manage their expectations and provide updates on repair status
• Coordinating rental arrangements and ensuring a smooth handoff
• Updating vehicle records and tracking repair progress
• Reordering materials and components as needed
• Providing repair overviews and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair is preferred, but not mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Microsoft Office experience is preferred, but not essential
• Strong teaching and training skills, with the ability to educate others on collision repair procedures
• Comfort working in a collision repair environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Must be at least 18 years of age
