We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one.

• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues (technical support) in a timely and efficient manner, using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Respond to inquiries related to account details, products, and services, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools when helping customers, using your technical skills and knowledge to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Compensation and Perks:

Work Environment and Equipment Requirements:

• Work activity must be performed in a quiet and distraction-free location within the home

• Associates must have access to high-speed internet service through a hard-wired connection (i.e., via ethernet cable)
• Company provides needed equipment, though associates may be asked to supply their own monitor

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers

• Problem-solver with a can-do attitude, able to think critically and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Enjoy working independently and with a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check with satisfactory results
