Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a retail or service industry

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer support experience in a retail or service industry

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
