DescriptionThe On The Road (OTR) Manager is a pivotal role which maximises OTR operations and experience. Excellent at leveraging operational and stakeholder relationships, they are the custodian of on road experience at station level, creating a ‘win-win’ culture between Operations and the DSPs.Key job responsibilities

  • Working with OTR safety and site operations to deliver Regional safety metrics
  • Lead OTR performance improvement across the region and provide RLT weekly visibility, including solutions
  • Deliver Regional WBR for on-road performance (DSP scorecard / OTR Scorecard)
  • Lead improvement activities in key priority areas for the Region
  • Create sustainable business practices that create a ‘win-win’ culture between Operations and DSPs
  • Ensure a best-in-class dispatch and on road experience at site level
  • Be the voice of the DSP within the operational region
  • Working with site operations, ACES and CO ensure routing efficiency and best practice is followed to improve CPP
  • Owns, delivers and executes the regional capacity plans and solves as required
  • Execution of Peak readiness tasks
  • Plan Regional network changes (PCD, mech changes, launches)
  • Coordinate OTR ACES and OTR Safety projects across the Region
  • Dotted-line leadership of the Regional AMDO and SMDO Community
  • Partner with Senior Regional Manager as key stakeholder
A day in the lifeThe OTR manager defines the medium-term OTR strategy, leading and influencing both internal and external stakeholders. They partner with Senior Regional Managers, supporting the execution of OTR Safety, Capacity, Quality and Experience within that Area. They further partner with Delivery Partner Managers, OTR ACES and Community teams to implement Network wide best practice. The role is field based with regular travel required across up to 6 Last Mile Delivery Stations plus associated nodes.About The TeamThis is an exciting and unique opportunity to join the OTR team in Region 2, as part of the wider UK OTR organisation. This is a highly autonomous area in which an individual with a passion for on road operations can thrive.Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning
