Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of vendors and clients to plan and execute unforgettable travel experiences. Your main goal will be to make every vacation stress-free and enjoyable for our clients. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching various destinations and needs of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, and more
• Diagnosing clients' specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages and/or services
• Organizing travel from beginning to end, including supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel material
• Collecting deposits and managing client payments
• Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional material to sell itineraries and tour packages
• Handling unforeseen issues and determining eligibility for credits/refunds
• Maintaining relationships with key persons
• Keeping financial statements and documents
• Asking for help and guidance when needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus
• Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
• Well-versed in various areas of travel, including domestic, international, business, holidays, groups, and individual travel
• Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively
• Demonstrate ability to handle crises
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Knowledge of the travel industry and its various components
• Familiarity with travel software and technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
