Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members via inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll work closely with our Case Managers and Nurses to address member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about home healthcare and benefits. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound calls from members regarding home healthcare and benefits

  • Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex services and benefits
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with Case Managers and Nurses to address member needs and provide comprehensive support
  • Utilize computer software and systems to access member information and update records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a call center, doctor's office, or customer service-related position

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare concepts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on inbound and outbound calls

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
