Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers who need help with their travel plans
  • Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized service
  • Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
  • Providing or confirming customers' travel itinerary
  • Processing refunds
  • Helping customers solve travel issues
  • Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary
  • Documenting information and outcomes as necessary

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field
  • Strong geographical knowledge to assist with travel planning and navigation
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
  • Self-directed and able to organize, prioritize, anticipate situations, act, and see issues through to completion

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is highly preferred. Additionally, successful Customer Service Representatives at arenaflex possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policy and procedure guidelines
  • Easy to work with and accepts feedback well
  • Demonstrates empathy effectively and is able to work with customers who may be experiencing travel-related issues
  • Highly proficient in using the internet and navigating seamlessly between multiple applications

Technical Requirements

To perform your duties as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications:

+ Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset
