Job Summary

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
