Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional support for our diverse range of products, services, and advanced applications. Working remotely, you'll be on the front lines, leveraging your exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills to address technical inquiries and meet customer needs swiftly and expertly. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and pushing the boundaries of outdoor technology.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex.

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems, leveraging your technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, using our customer service software to track and analyze customer feedback and trends.
  • Adhere to arenaflex policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

• Strong technical aptitude, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest outdoor products and technologies.

  • Proficient in technical issue resolution, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, including CRM systems and helpdesk platforms.
  • High-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) and a reliable remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Remote troubleshooting experience, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues remotely.
  • Experience in remote work settings, with a flexible schedule and ability to work weekends as needed.
  • Shift flexibility, including weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.

Hours and Schedule:

We are currently hiring for a full-time position with an 8.5-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 am CST and 6:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Successful candidates will also be required to participate in mandatory Saturday rotations, with working hours from 8:00 am CST to 4:30 pm CST. We offer a flexible schedule and a remote work environment, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
