Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Entering new information into our database systems with precision and accuracy
• Creating and managing spreadsheets to track and analyze data
• Conducting comparative analysis of different sources to ensure data probity and integrity
• Regularly updating existing database system records to reflect changes and updates
• Producing reports to support business decision-making and analysis
• Retrieving data as requested by stakeholders and teams
• Performing regular database backups and security activities to ensure data protection and integrity
• Documenting, organizing, and storing relevant documents to maintain a paperless and efficient workflow

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience as a data entry clerk, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
• Fast typing ability (at least 60 words per minute) and excellent knowledge of word processing and database tools
• 3 years of experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.) and a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and your impact on the success of the company
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve data-related issues and discrepancies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
