The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Maine.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Research and problem-solve to determine the best course of action for each customer
- Utilize active listening, empathy, and kindness to build trust and resolve issues
- Collaborate with teammates and managers to share knowledge and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on product information, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
What You'll Need
* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
Technical Requirements
* A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed)
- A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
