Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves the design and programming of customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with our Utility Teams to outline, build, and capture business needs, growing your knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Developing and implementing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Providing guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out, and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Collaborating with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
