Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as a live chat agent, assisting customers on eCommerce websites to enhance their shopping experience.

  • Provide helpful information and recommendations, guiding customers towards making informed purchase decisions.
  • Earn an attractive hourly rate plus commissions on every sale you influence through your chat interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection.
