Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative on our night shift team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our technical teams to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time remote opportunity, with the option to work from home after completing an in-person training period at our office location in Green Bay, WI.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with screening and monitoring orders in our system to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with technicians to close out orders, handle internal escalations, and ensure orders are accepted and rolled on.
- Update customer information through data entry and run reports as needed to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with logistics and system-related issues, providing creative solutions to complex problems.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers, providing exceptional support and service.
- Work closely with our technical teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow through and multi-task, meeting deadlines and working independently
- Willingness to research and suggest creative solutions to complex problems
- Adaptability and ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
Schedule
* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift
- 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
