Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional live chat support to customers across various platforms, including our website and social media accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in support responses
- Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on customer interactions

Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, live chat, or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week
