Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging in comprehensive training and certification courses to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Providing top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats.
- Maintaining a commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency.
