Essential Job Functions

As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
• Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
• Exceeding customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A minimum of 25 WPM typing speed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of mandatory training
• Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications
