Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Register customer transactions, collect cash, and process returns, exchanges, and voids
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms
- Develop and maintain displays, including seasonal and promotional displays
- Assist with the separation of food items, including raw and pre-cooked foods
- Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital photo services and printing
- Take on web order responsibilities, including screening orders and processing requests
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, adhering to arenaflex's values and policies
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
