Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting sales growth. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Register customer transactions, collect cash, and process returns, exchanges, and voids
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms
  • Develop and maintain displays, including seasonal and promotional displays
  • Assist with the separation of food items, including raw and pre-cooked foods
  • Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital photo services and printing
  • Take on web order responsibilities, including screening orders and processing requests
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, adhering to arenaflex's values and policies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with arenaflex

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
