Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting clients and resolving their issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and other digital platforms
• Providing top-notch customer service while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Meeting or exceeding business objectives and targets while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Required Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
• Experience working with multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information
• Familiarity with web, mobile, and social media technologies

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial:

• Military experience, particularly in resolving complex issues through written or verbal communication
• Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work extra hours on a case-by-case basis, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge

• Be able to attend the full term of required training and development
• Be able to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
• Be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Be able to meet or exceed business objectives and targets while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preparation Schedule

Our paid training program will begin on August 26th and will last for 7 weeks. The training schedule will be CST, with a set schedule to be determined. After training, your initial schedule will be [insert schedule], with Wednesday and Saturday off. Hours and days may change based on business needs and may include working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
