Job Summary

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service across various social media platforms. This role is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with arenaflex fans and customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments on arenaflex social media channels, resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on arenaflex social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Generate insights from customer interactions to provide feedback and improve services.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
  • Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies that engage and retain customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English (additional languages a plus).

  • Proven experience in customer service or social media management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective functionalities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support or related fields preferred.

  • Working Hours:

+ Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. + Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
