About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries of varying types with poise and professionalism
• Utilizing active listening skills and probing question techniques to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies
• Managing and overcoming objections to reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with a dedicated team to achieve shared goals and objectives

• A flexible 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
• A proven track record of solving problems and meeting goals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in customer service and sales
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Requirements for Remote Work

To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, you'll need:

• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
• Excellent Internet connectivity:

+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates

• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you'll be able and willing to download our app for company communications
• Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
