Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers through inbound phone calls, emails, chats, and letters. You will serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures and policies to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. Your primary goal will be to delight our customers, upholding arenaflex's commitment to delivering responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values

  • Serve as a customer advocate, researching and resolving customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
  • Toggle between different applications, utilizing strong PC skills and Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
  • Participate in paid company training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service

  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
  • Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle between different applications
  • Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
  • Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

  • Prior inbound Call Center experience
  • Previous experience working from home a plus
  • Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience

Education

* Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Work Schedule

* Candidates must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Time

  • Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
  • This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with days off may not be consecutive

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $34.15

  • The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors
