Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Intake Coordinator I - Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving and distributing all incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents, including mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence

  • Enter, photocopy, scan, and deliver documents as necessary
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all required document types, including but not limited to:

+ Member applications + Claims submissions + Correspondence with providers and members + Other documents as required by the business

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documents received and processed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve processes and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information, including member and provider data

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Production-related experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods of time
  • Shift work can be daytime, evening, or overnight depending on role, with mandatory overtime (in-office or remote) as business needs require
  • Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays (in-office or remote) based on business needs

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
