Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our soft drink dispensing equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our equipment is functioning optimally and our customers are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink dispensing equipment according to arenaflex's standards

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink dispensing equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on dispensing hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Remain positive, work as a team player, and create exceptional customer support-oriented organizations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturday or Sunday and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field)

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical services role
  • Knowledge of soft drink dispensing equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Certification in a related technical field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, or mechanical)
