Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, supported by a dedicated team of leaders and peers. Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, reducing churn and promoting customer retention
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to share knowledge, best practices, and support one another
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
What We Offer
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- Flexible scheduling: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a proven track record of success
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Requirements to Work from Home
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app for company communications
- Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
