Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Support customers over the phone, identify their issues, and help resolve them
- Assist with customer inquiries related to their phones, tablets, and computers
- Register customer complaints to keep our systems up-to-date
- Work towards set goals that will help you develop professionally
Essential Qualifications
* Fluent and proficient in Danish
- Reside in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
- High level of English proficiency
- Interested in technology and not afraid to take on technical challenges
- Know what good customer service is and motivated to deliver it
- Have a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection
