About the Role
As a Member Experience Operator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to members regarding their benefits and services
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and issue resolution
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 Year of Customer Service Experience: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: You'll be able to effectively communicate with members, colleagues, and management in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You'll be able to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions to resolve them.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) Skills: While not required, bilingual skills are highly desired and come with an immediate $1 per hour bump in pay.
- Ability to Pass a Background Check: You'll need to pass a thorough background check to ensure the safety and security of our members.
