The Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely information, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to make informed decisions about their benefits. While sales may be involved in certain situations, we prioritize a customer-centric approach, focusing on building trust and rapport with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inquiries from union members regarding benefits and services
- Provide accurate and timely information about available benefits and programs
- Offer guidance on how to access and utilize benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements for Consideration
* Must reside in California
- Flexible hours to accommodate client needs
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required)
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
