What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with Customers: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions and concerns.
  • Resolving and De-escalating Issues: Calmly and professionally address customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalating Interactions: Know when to escalate interactions to ensure that complex issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Responding to Requests: Respond to customer requests for assistance, including processing payments and resolving billing inquiries.
  • Tracking Call-Related Information: Accurately track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to Work Remotely: Thrive in a virtual team environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Age and Education: Be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typing Speed: Maintain a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Be proficient in using Windows operating systems and basic computer software.
